Biofume Mole Smokes are for the treatment of mole tunnels and are chemical free and harmless to moles.
Biofume Mole Smokes are designed for use in mole tunnels to create a physical barrier between the mole and its food source. With no food the mole will move away from the treated area.
Instructions:
- Firstly establish the active areas where the mole is living - look for new runways and mounds and try to observe any movement.
- Clear the active molehills to open the tunnels, it is recommended that a minimum of 1 molehill out of every 3 is treated.
- Ensure all other holes are covered to prevent the smoke from leaking out and reducing the application of castor oil.
- Remove the lid and light the fuse with a match or lighter.
- Put the lit smoke down the hole as far as possible with the fuse end pointing into the tunnel.
- Cover up the hole.
- Repeat in the other molehills with a rate of 1 smoke to 3 hills.
- Next day remove the spent container from the ground and monitor for activity.
